My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Garland / US Range G20-SPH NAT Details
This Garland G20-SPH natural gas stock pot range allows you to quickly and easily prepare your flavorful pastas, soups, and sauces while taking up minimal space! Equipped with four spectro-heat burners, this unit delivers a total of 60,000 BTU of power to ensure efficiency and even cooking at your operation. The infinite setting valve allows you to adjust the power between low (12,000 BTU), medium (35,500 BTU), and high (60,000 BTU) heat settings. Each stockpot stove features a constant shielding pilot light for instant ignition. In addition, the type "H" safety pilot automatically turns the gas off if the pilot goes out, ensuring maximum safety.
The stainless steel front and sides combine with a heavy-duty cast iron top grate to provide outstanding durability. With 1 3/8" adjustable zinc-plated feet, the unit can remain stable on uneven kitchen floors. Plus, a removable drip tray makes it easy to clean the unit at the end of a busy shift. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
