Better than I expected! I'm also shocked at how quick it shipped, it only took 2 days to get to Canada. The handle glides super easy up and down making wedging no problem. Oddly enough we use this for making pickle spears, which is what the other review said. Cut my time from 2 hours to about 20 minutes. Only downside was the shipping price but definitely worth it.
