The Garde 181WBA8 replacement wedger blade assembly features razor-sharp blades and can be used to replace the blade assembly that came standard on your 8 section fruit / vegetable wedge cutter! Using a compatible push block, simply push your product through the blade assembly and watch as 8 uniform wedges emerge beneath! It can also be paired with the appropriate 8 section push block to convert any Garde wedger into a 8 section cut. For easy installation, two screws are included with your purchase.
