Great for frying french fries, wings, or chicken tenders, this fryer has 1,600W of frying power in a large 10 lb. capacity tank. It requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.

Convenient Features
This unit has a temperature range of 140 to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and features a temperature regulator with a yellow hot light to signal once the desired temperature has been reached. It has indicator lights, a rocker On / Off switch, and a fully adjustable temperature dial for ease of use.
Temperature control knob is listed in Celsius. Refer to Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion charts for accurate temperature settings.
Enhances Safety
To ensure the safety of you and your employees, be sure not to overfill the basket to prevent the oil from overflowing. To help with this, the stainless steel tank has a removable oil insert with calibration marks for oil levels. This unit also includes an automatic shut-off feature to cut off the power when the oil has reached a maximum temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit.
