Made with a mixture of butane and propane, it releases up to 75% less carbon emissions than traditional wick or gel chafing fuel. It emits minimal carbon monoxide, which reduces toxic fumes in near proximity to open food, staff, and patrons, creating a safer workplace and dining experience. It also provides a clean burn that does not leave black smoky residue on your food pans or chafers.

Each can of fuel can refill the EcoBurner up to 5 times and provide up to 36 hours of burn time. After use, the fuel can be reused and the can is fully recyclable, meaning there is zero waste. To use, place the burner on a level surface and rotate the fuel can until its green tip falls into place, and press down steadily to begin filling.
