This provides you with the flexibility to easily switch between hot or cold food presentations and serve perfectly chilled food at your buffet. Without the hassle of changing equipment, you will have the ability to easily adjust your menu and provide a large variety of offerings.

This cool pack is incredibly easy to use and setup. Simply leave the cool pack in the freezer overnight, position the cool pack on your EcoServe GN, and you are ready to go! Your cold food will stay chilled for up to 2 hours when displayed in an ambient room temperature. While it fits smoothly together on top of the chafer, it comes in 2 separate pieces, making it even smaller and easier to store when it is not in use.
