Convert your traditional chafers into eco-friendly waterless chafers with this EcoBurner EcoBoost Max adhesive adapter by Eastern Tabletop! This adapter allows you to use the EcoBurner with the majority of chafing dishes. The bracket brings the heat source closer to the chafing dish so that your food will be heated for a longer period of time and with more consistency, and it will also cut down on the amount of EcoBurners needed (when used indoors). It is ideal for outdoor use as well and perfect for any catering venue since the EcoBurner is windproof! Cutting down on fuel usage and eliminating the need for constant water refills for your chafer will save you time and money. With less maintenance necessary to keep your chafers working properly, your staff will be able to spend their valuable time elsewhere.

To use the EcoBoost Max adapter, slide the spring clip into the bracket while squeezing the protruding ends together and push it down into the hole. Be sure to thoroughly clean the area where the bracket will be attached using the included abrasive pad, then wipe the area clean using the included isopropanol wipes. Once completely dry, simply peel back the bonding tape on the adhesive pads located on the bracket and attach them to the bottom of the chafing dish. Be sure to allow it to sit for at least 2 hours before usage, and light the EcoBurner before loading it into the spring clip.
