Use this EcoBurner glass removable lid with drip free feature for EcoServe GN to showcase food presentations at your buffet! It is designed to fit perfectly with EcoServe GN waterless chafers (sold separately) and its adjustable height adapts to dishes with a variety of heights. It helps to retain heat inside your chafer and it will maintain a desirable temperature so your food will stay warm and fresh. Spills and messes are common with self-service and buffet style dining, but this lid will prevent cross contamination from nearby food displays and serving utensils. This glass lid will show off food displays beautifully, allowing patrons to easily view the contents of each display dish. The soft-close feature protects the glass and chafer, while the condensation catcher collects water drops and prevents soggy food.
