This adapter allows you to use the EcoBurner with chafers that are not compatible with the EcoBoost Max. The EcoBoost easily attaches to the top of the EcoBurner, and the reflector plate guides the heat toward the chafing dish. The upward-angled design prevents heat from being deflected downward away from the chafer, and keeps the fuel vessel cool. The improved efficiency will allow food to be heated for a longer period of time and with more consistency. It is ideal for outdoor use and perfect for any catering venue since the EcoBurner is windproof! Cutting down on fuel usage and eliminating the need for constant water refills for your chafer will save you time and money. To use the EcoBoost Mini adapter, slide the spring clip into the opening of the reflector plate while squeezing the protruding ends together and push it down into the hole. Then, simply align the bracket with the EcoBurner and push it carefully into the base so that the spring arms are forced apart, and the EcoBurner is held securely in position. Light it using a stick lighter and place it underneath the chafer.
