With this Frymate FF518 filter, you'll be able to extend the lifespan of the oil in your commercial deep fryer! By investing in this custom deep fryer filter, you won't have to discard oil after only a few uses. Instead, this filter is designed to keep your oil from loose food particles that would fall into the fryer's cold zone and burn, thus improving the quality and taste of the fryer oil.

This fryer filter increases the use of cooking oil up to 40%, which is money saved. The filter itself is easy to place into the fryer and is also removable after use. For best results, the filter should be emptied multiple times throughout the day, depending on the volume of your business - consult the Use and Care instructions for more information. This filter is compatible with select Avantco and Main Street deep fryers. This filter will only fit fryers listed under Compatible Models.
