Thanks to a convenient reversible pump that allows you to efficiently drain and refill your fryer, filtering your oil has never been easier than with this Frymaster PF80 LP 80 lb. low profile mobile fryer oil filter machine! This unit extends the usable life of your oil by removing sediment, carbon deposits, fatty acids, and other agents that contribute to oil breakdown and poor taste. Running regular filtration cycles reduces how much money you spend on oil and helps you produce consistently high quality fried foods, which keeps customers coming back for more and bringing new ones along to enjoy your menu!

This model comes with a 5' return hose and a long wand for maximum reach and comfort during use. Operation couldn't be simpler, too - turn off the fryer and place the hose into the frypot, being sure to keep it out of the sediment zone. The unit turns on with the flip of a switch to start the filter pump, which drains the oil to the filter pan of the unit. Alternatively, with this low profile unit you can drain the oil directly into the filter basin. After this, a 5-minute polish cycle cleans the oil for maximum life, and you can return it to the frypot! The 4 GPM, 1/3 hp filter pump draws the oil out quickly, and can be reversed to relieve sediment clogs and prevent damage to the filter unit.

This model comes with a filter starter kit, a stainless steel pan and pump housing, and casters to make it easy to move between your fryer(s) and storage. Additionally, it is designed with a low profile 10 1/2" tall tank, which allows it to fit into tighter spaces than a standard 80 lb. fryer filter. It requires a 120V electrical connection and comes with a cord and plug.
