The filtration system is set in the front of the fryer for optimal convenience of operation. The Oil Attendant controllers top off the oil automatically from the Jug-in-Box that's conveniently located inside the fryer cabinet for simple maintenance. And the large, intuitive FQ4000 easyTouch® controller interface makes cooking and filtering a breeze. Interactive management systems can monitor oil quality and life, as well as overall machine performance.

For extra money in your pocket, this fryer is designed to require 40% less oil than other fryers, while being able to cook in frypots that are almost twice the size of conventional baskets. This fryer uses 10% less waste than other fryers, consuming less energy and producing less waste in your eatery.

A built-in filtration system further optimizes the quality and life of your oil, keeping it clean and capable of producing flavorful food. And since the filter is contained within the fryer, it eliminates the need for the additional floor and storage space typically required by portable filtration units!
