A spacious 60 lb. oil capacity per frypot (180 lb. total) combines with powerful cooking and fast recovery technology to provide you with a unit that keeps pace with customer demands on even the busiest of nights. This model boasts renowned SMART4U Lane controllers that feature 10 programmable product buttons and a 40 product library to help you maintain high quality standards. The controls also have temperature check, melt cycle, boil out, cook compensation, and hold timer features. Since you can set different cooking times and recipes for each of the three basket locations, or lanes per frypot, you can more easily cook different types of food items at once.

The fryer's high-output performance is rivaled only by its incredibly efficient engineering! Its exclusive Thermo-Tube heat transfer system efficiently transfers energy into the oil, saving energy and extending oil life. A robust RTD 1 degree compensating temperature probe provides accurate temperature readings to avoid temperature overshoot. Plus, because it detects even the slightest temperature variants, you can be sure that you're always producing the highest quality food, at a consistent rate.

A built-in filtration system further optimizes the quality and life of your oil, keeping it clean and capable of producing flavorful food. And since the filter is contained within the fryer, it eliminates the need for the additional floor and storage space required by portable filtration units! This fryer features stainless steel frypots, doors, sides, and front for impressive durability. A sloping bottom ensures fast draining for easy cleaning and includes three twin fryer baskets per frypot for added convenience. This fryer boasts 51 kW of cooking power and requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
