Very true to cheesecake, if you're a cheesecake over, which most are let's be honest :-) then I'm betting you'll enjoy this. It's got the sweet, the tang and all that jazz we all love and expect from cheesecake. It however should (in my opinion) be used for desert-y type things, putting in frosting, putting cake batter itself, etc, I wasn't a big fan of it even in a blonde mocha, but with some butter, powdered sugar and heavy whipping creme' we had a winner!!

This flavor is a huge winner at my shop, the flavor is just as advertised and it has no issues blending into hot or cold drinks. We add a little cheese cake bite to the drink amd it is highly requested.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The DaVinci cheesecake syrup smells like sour milk. I ordered a pack of 4 bottles and heaven forbid it splashes on your clothing; you will smell like sour milk all day. Me and all my barista's tasted it, and it tastes ok, is not expired but the smell before adding anything is unbearable.

Oddly enough, goes great in a latte or a Red Bull mixed drink. It mixes well flavor wise with just about anything and has really been a seller.
It doesn't taste like cheesecake to much, didn't like it the best, we need a stronger flavor and this is not the one for sure.

The cheesecake flavoring syrup is delicious and very worth the price. The syrup is great and perfect for making wonderful lattes and cappuccinos. The syrup is so good.
Cheesecake coffee flavor has a permanent place on my shelf already and it has regulars too. You can make delcious lattes, cappucinos, macchiatos and more.
This is VERY strong! Unlike the other syrups this is a very very strong flavor. It's good, and tastes like cheesecake, but you will want to do half as much of this syrup than you normally would use.

DaVinci lags a bit compared to its peers and the pursuit of going all organic / natural, however, a splash from time to time in my coffee is worth the effort. It fits nicely on our shelf with our other bottles and is worth a shot as they have different flavor variation that other brands don't quiet have.
I made strawberry macarons with swiss meringue buttercream. I added this cheesecake flavoring to the icing and had strawberry cheesecake macrarons! Delicious. You can flavor some many different things with the DeVinci flavorings.

This is a good flavoring. It is okay in hot cocoa. It is better in coffee with cream. It is best when used to make cheesecake flavored cupcakes.
I hated this flavor! I am hoping that it was just my bottle that went bad, maybe from heat or something. It smelled like rotten feet. It made my testers gag. I am afraid to try another one, because I do not want to ever smell that awful smell again! When I dumped it down the drain, it made my entire coffeeshop smell like rotten cheese, for days. I was given store credit, and Webstaurantstore was really understanding and helpful. I love every other DaVinci flavor that I have tasted. It is just this one that I do not enjoy.

DaVinci is definitely the way to go! Each of their Flavorings compliment your drink better than any brands I have tried. The cheesecake doesn't leave your mouth with a weird aftertaste either and tastes great.
Cheesecake is one of my favorite flavorings. While not overly strong, the flavor is exactly what I was looking for when making cheesecake flavored buttercreams and cakes.
So, we have been using this brand for a while now and couldn't be happier. Customers love it and they do not think twice about mixing flavors together like for instance cheesecake & chocolate or banana & chocolate and so on. Great quality and great tasting syrup is how I would rate this product.
This cheesecake flavor from DaVinci tastes just like a mouthful of cheesecake. We use it in our cinnamon roll latte. Our customers love it. It is a bit mild on its own, however.
