Steeping Instructions:
Bring 8 oz. of fresh filtered water to a boil. Add 2 grams of tea to an infuser or directly into an 8 oz. mug. Pour the heated water into the mug. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser. Sip and enjoy your Davidson's organic tea!

4 tbsp. Davidson's organic South African rooibos herbal loose leaf tea
24 fl. oz. filtered water, boiled
4 tbsp. vodka
2 tbsp. vermouth
Ice

Steep the tea in the water according to instructions above. Once tea has steeped, remove the tea leaves, bring the liquid to a boil, and boil until it is reduced to a syrup (you should be left with about 4 tbsp.). Set aside to cool. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine. Strain the contents of the shaker through a strainer into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon or a sprig of rosemary and serve!
