Steeping Instructions (for Tea):
Add 2-3 tsp. of spices to an infuser or directly into an 8 oz. mug of hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain spices, or take out the infuser. Sip and enjoy your specialty tea.

Simmering Instructions (for a Bulk Batch of Mulled Beverage):
Add 16 grams of mulling spices to a 1/2 gallon of a holiday beverage, such as cider, wine, or cranberry juice. Once combined, simmer the mixture for 5 or more minutes. Remove the spices. Add a garnish of cinnamon sticks or orange slices. Sip and enjoy your mulled beverage!

Iced Tea Instructions:
Bring your desired amount of water to a boil. Add loose leaf tea directly to the water or use an infuser, measuring out 4 grams of tea leaves per cup of boiling water. Doubling the amount of tea will prevent the flavor from being diluted when the tea is poured over ice. Steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain the tea leaves or remove the infuser. Pour a serving of tea over ice and serve. Chill any remaining tea to serve later.
