So here’s the deal: these are delivered via FedEx so keep that in mind before ordering. I made the mistake of ordering during Xmas chaos and this box got separated from the rest of my order. It arrived a few days later and was frozen with the ice packs but I could tell it had probably thawed at some point because the cakes looked horribly messy and smashed even though the packaging was in good shape. I had to throw them out but Webstaurant refunded the cost and provided excellent customer service service. I have ordered them before from another company and they are delicious. I add a couple fresh raspberries to the top because the decoration is sparse.
