I ordered 300 of these and cute them in half to give my 600 person catering some variety for an assortment of desserts. The flavor and quality were wonderful when I purchased them last year. They weren't high maintenance in their frozen state and when defrosted they didn't taste like the fridge. They were soft and well made. Each cake was individually wrapped in bakery plastic so be sure to unwrap them before serving and if you need to cut them do it while they are frozen!

These little cakes are so light and delicious. Customers love them and they’ve become a summer staple for me. As a heads up, be aware that they can get thrown around in shipping so sometimes they look a little messy and you may need to use some creative liberty to make them more presentable or have a few losses.
