Very poor quality and performance. The burner is not producing enough heat for commercial cooking. There is almost no difference between medium and high flame settings — the heat stays nearly the same and does not increase properly. This makes cooking slow and inefficient, especially for large stock pots. Expected much stronger flame and better heat control from an 80,000 BTU unit. Not satisfied with this product.

Bought two and the one that's working has been great. The other one was shipped damage. File a claim and never had a respond. Sad.
