coffee French press presses stainless steel customers clean far glass

This is a very nice coffee press. The stainless steel holder is a little on the flimsy side but it works perfectly. For the price, you can't beat it.

Even with the Black Friday discount that I bought these with, I ended up dissatisfied with this purchase. The look and feel of the product is of much lower quality in comparison to similarly priced presses sold via local retail. I did not end up using these and ended up re-selling them. I intended on buying this as a gift for someone over the holidays and ended up buying it elsewhere. It is also important to note that some of the parts that look like stainless steel and are stated on the product page to be stainless steel are coated to look like they are, however, they are not.

We actually sell these on our retail shelving at our coffee shop. They are a little “light weight” but for the price are an amazing value. They allow us to offer our customers an inexpensive French press.

French presses on display on our retail Shelving

These were a big hit with our customers. They provide a less expensive option for people who are just learning or unsure about using a french press for brewing coffee. The glass is not as sturdy as some more expensive options, but it's a good starter press and will last if taken proper care of.

This is a nice very affordable French Press to use. Yes you can buy the name brand, but then pay 30 dollars too. I bought one of these 'lower end' ones from a competitor and the thing cracked if you even looked at them wrong. I figured what do I have to lose so got one from here. So far the thing has held up nicely. They say to use a wooden spoon to stir with. I'm not a fan of wood, hard to keep clean and don't want it adding flavors to the coffee. I use a metal spoon and clang the tang out of my name brand presses no problem. So far Ive been using a metal spoon and clanging on this one too while stirring and have not seen any problems. Another thing I like MUCH better about this one is, the other pots used a cheap metal spring to keep the screen down. Doesn't work very well, this one has a rigid plastic back holder to keep the screen mesh in place. At first you may want to go, oh... plastic, but after using it a few times, you see that it really works much better and is a bit easier to clean as well. In a commercial setting, pots are going to get broke, that's just a way of life with French Presses. These are a very good reasonably priced replacement. Aaron

French Press in Action! Very reasonably priced replacement for the big name brand ones. Works just as good 1/4 the price.

The Choice 33 ounce glass/stainless steel French coffee press is a non electric approach to brewing coffee. As long as you use coarser grinds you will not get any coffee grinds in your cup as well.

This is a nice basic french press. We use them and sell them in the coffee shop area of our bakery and have been pleased so far. Our first shipment arrived 75% broken but Webstaurant's excellent customer service replaced them immediately.

While you, of course, have to be extra careful with the glass jar while serving and cleaning, the price on these is absolutely wonderful! French presses have gotten so expensive, and if you don't need stainless steel then there is no reason to pass these up!
