This product works to provide a refreshing brew, served at any strength, without the acidity! Cold brewing also removes the fatty oils and unwanted acids that make coffee go stale, ultimately preserving the delicate flavors and leaving you with a smooth, balanced cup. Using a simple, cold-water filtration process, the Toddy® extracts every drop of flavor from the grounds to ensure a full-bodied, aromatic, enjoyable brew everytime! This system is the perfect solution for all of your coffee and tea needs, allowing for a variety of ways to serve them such as iced or blended. Since the concentrate is stored cold in the refrigerator, this enables the coffee to not dilute the ice in cold drinks, providing for a stronger sipping experience!

To brew a batch of cold brew coffee or tea concentrate, place a damp felt filter inside of the beverage dispenser according to instructions, add 12 oz. of course-ground coffee or 8 oz. of tea leaves, and pour 7 to 9 cups of room temperature water over the top, stirring to ensure even saturation. Let steep for 12-24 hours before bottling or using your concentrate. It's that simple! To get the best results when brewing with your Toddy® Cold Brew System, it is recommended to use a Toddy® paper filter bag (sold separately) to hold the grounds, along with the provided felt filters, which can be reused up to 10 times before replacing. This will help to save on cleaning time as well as minimize product build-up inside of the container.

To serve, it is recommended to dilute the concentrate with 3 parts water, milk, or dairy alternative for every 1 part of concentrate. Mix to taste, and adjust ratio as needed to make your coffee or tea with the strength you prefer. For beverages served hot, mix the concentrate with hot water or milk, or you can even incorporate the concentrate along with syrups and spices into recipes for your signature cocktails, smoothies, frappes, or iced tea beverages. At capacity, this system is able to produce 38 oz. of coffee or 50 oz. of tea, making it the perfect product for use in small businesses, commercial offices, and lounges. For best results and maximum freshness, store your concentrate in the refrigerator using the included Toddy® glass decanter with its lid and the cold brew concentrate will stay fresh for up to two weeks!
