Haven’t worked for since the first few uses.. it get clogged and freezes after about 1 serving.. I have had it since 2019 just sitting because it disappoints my children. I paid good money for this and expected it to work. Any recommendations I can do to fix the issue ?

This machine hasn't worked since we received it. Unfortunately we didn't use it right away so we didn't know until after the return deadline. Very disappointed.

Machine arrived defective and not working. Very displeased, should of listened to the two other reviewers that were having difficulty with it as well.

Overall this is a nice sno-cone machine at a very reasonable price. We had a few issues at first with the machine jamming up, but quickly learned if we clear the chute regularly the ice doesn’t build up and runs smoothly.

This snow cone machine has been a big hit at the market nights. It’s easy to operate and clean up.
