To make serving as easy as possible, an attached cup dispenser holds 8 oz. sno-cone cups. The cabinet holds up to 40 lb. (550 oz.) of processed ice, giving you the flexibility to store extra ice to prepare orders quickly on busy days.

Why is the ice getting clogged and/or cracking?

I ordered it in Feb 2025 used it once in June2025 for a family event cleaned it right used it again aug 9 didn't work is it a warranty on this cause no way I'm at fault

Product damaged upon arrival. Steel dented, door hinge not functional, incapable of adjoining door. While the product was damaged, it would have been easily put together and ready to start sales. My kids loved the finished product. I created some flavors that made the treat worthwhile.
