This item has multiple uses. It fits either disposable foil pans or regular stainless hotel pans. Is good for using on a full buffet to keep food hot or can also be used with pan bands and disposable foil pans. We use this item to separate dishes in a Cambro catering box to provide a sturdy foundation.
