Cleaning carbon buildup off of metal surfaces has never been easier than with this CARBON-OFF® 20 oz. heavy-duty carbon remover aerosol! This powerful gel dissolves carbon on stainless steel, nickel steel, copper, brass, cast iron, and is even safe for use on aluminum. It boasts a fast-acting formula that works in as little as 15 minutes and gets the job done without any vigorous scrubbing, saving both time and labor! Great for use on pots and pans, barbecue grills, rotisseries, woks, waffle bakers, popcorn kettles, and deep fryers, this carbon remover is sure to get your kitchen equipment and cookware looking as good as new.

Great for diners, bakeries, pizza shops, food trucks, and any other cooking environment with heavy carbon buildup, this carbon remover couldn't be any easier to use! To use, wear compatible rubber gloves as well as protective eye gear, and shake the aerosol can well. Apply CARBON-OFF® generously onto a cool, dry surface. Allow CARBON-OFF to stay on the surface for at least 15 minutes to as long as overnight, depending on the thickness of the carbon buildup. Use a toothpick to confirm that the carbon is completely loose and when it is, wash under cold water with either a bristle brush or scrubbing pad. Do not use CARBON-OFF® directly on any items that are painted or that contain nylon, polyester, latex, plastic, or silicon. It should also not be used on any surfaces with a non-stick coating. Use this product only on the surfaces that are listed on its label.
