The Henny Penny 12400 Prime cleaner for Henny Penny fryers ensures clean oil and amazing fried foods. This cleaner is a white, non-caustic crystalline compound that is specially formulated to remove carbon buildup, zero-trans fat oils, grease, and scorch marks without the use of scraping utensils, heavy scrubbing, neutralizing rinses, or additional cleaning products. Simply add it to water in your fryer vat during cleanout or cold soak. It is an excellent product to have on hand to help keep your oil profile and food quality consistent.

The cleaner helps to extend the life of your fryer oil by removing carbonized grease and food particles that naturally build up over time.
