Seems to be great quality. The steel may seem a little light but for it's application and with proper care it should be just fine. Held the 700ft roll of butcher paper perfectly. Made a nice clean tear along the holding arm.

this work great with butcher paper and if use it to wrap just about everything it a bit large so plan a place which makes it functional. a bit of space in front helps
This is a really good paper dispenser for large width sizes. The stainless steel design looks great in the butcher shop, and it is very easy to clean. We even run it through our dishwasher!
We just love this paper cutter. We use it at home for cutting freezer paper for wrapping meat and it works great. Much easier than cutting by hand.

Unfortunately, we had to return this item because we have custom cutting boards and the screws were not in the proper places to work. If it did work, however, I am sure this would have worked great, the blade looked very sturdy and the appearance of it is great if you use your cutter on the top of a counter!
I use this paper cutter everyday in my bbq shop. It works well enough and I think the price is fair. I would recommend it.
The All-In-One paper cutter/ dispenser is a must for ease of use and for saving time when packaging a lot of meat in freezer paper. We packaged 25 lbs of sausage last night in less than 20 minutes. I will never go back to boxed freezer paper. This is makes tearing the paper off the roll so much easier!
