If you need a compact piece of cooking equipment to handle a wide variety of tasks in your space-efficient business, look no further than the Blodgett CTB-GFB electric range! Since this unit comes configured with an 18" griddle on the left, two french top burners on the right, and a CTB half size convection oven as a base, it offers you the best of three different types of equipment without exceeding the footprint of a half size oven.

The 3/4" thick fully-welded griddle top comes equipped with 3 independent elements, each rated at 2 kW. With its own individual solid state manual control, you can use this griddle without turning on the rest of the unit. Plus, The 3 qt. front mounted pull out grease drawer catches all of the runoff from the top for quick and easy disposal.

For your pan frying and other cooking needs, the range top offers two burners. Each of the burners has its own individual control and is rated at 2.6 kW, providing plenty of heating power.

When you need to bake or roast, the convection oven base of this unit provides a convenient and efficient way to cook. It features a stainless steel exterior construction and a porcelainized baking compartment liner for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance. With five chrome-plated racks and 9 rack positions, this oven offers plenty of capacity in a footprint that will fit in a very small kitchen. This oven can hold standard half-size sheet pans in a front to back position.

The oven has a solid state temperature control with a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, bottom, back, and sides to help keep the heat inside. A 1/4 hp blower motor and two speed fan ensure consistent air temperatures within the oven compartment. Finally, a left-hinged stainless steel door with a dual pane thermal glass window and a single chrome-plated handle makes it easy to access the interior of the unit.

This unit has a total output of 16.8 kW and it rests on casters so that you can move the unit for maintenance and cleaning. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
