Thanks to its 19" deep cutting board, this Beverage-Air DPD93HC-6T 93" 6 drawer, 1 door refrigerated pizza prep table provides plenty of space to build your delicious pizzas, stromboli, or calzones right on the peel for faster prep time and quicker service. The pizza prep refrigerator holds food pans up to 6" deep (sold separately). This unit comes with heavy-duty, locking divider supports in each drawer that you can use to organize and separate food pans. For easier loading and unloading of product, its self-closing door features a convenient 120 degree stay-open feature. To maintain the correct temperature inside, the door and drawers include magnetic gaskets to ensure they close and seal properly each time. (4) 3" casters, two with brakes, provide easy maneuverability for cleaning and service.

This refrigerator features a stainless steel front, sides, top, door, drawers, and grille with a galvanized back and bottom for low maintenance durability. Plus, the stainless steel removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies create a cohesive, streamlined appearance. To keep messes to a minimum, the top of this refrigerator boasts an aluminum liner that prevents spills from reaching the cabinet's interior.
