Beverage-Air 705-290C-03 Equivalent 60" x 10" Cutting Board

I could have ordered a custom cutting board from a local restaurant company but I decided to give this a try. I actually purchased this to replace the wooden cutting board on a salad cooler. I measured the board and was happy to see a replacement board available here of the same size. Another reviewer said the board was really heavy duty or thick. The one we received is definitely neither of those things, its about a centimeter thick at best, but it is new and bright, light and easy to handle. This board came with the drilled holder holes right in the center but ours actually are a few inches in from that so my dad simply marked and drilled new holes where ours needed to. So if you have an old salad cooler and you need to replace the cutting board, know that you can order from here but you'll need to adjust the holes and know that it won't be as thick. The thickness causes it to wobble slightly in place but at least it is new.

This matched perfectly to our sandwich cooler. Item came in as described with no problems during delivery or shipping due to its size. I would definitely order again if needed.

Our health inspector hates marked up cutting boards. Getting a new one here makes her happy. The ship time was ridiculously fast compared to a much more expensive alternatives of a local fabricator or the local parts depot.

Yes cutting boards are expensive, but oh what a difference a new cutting board makes. This is a thick heavy duty cutting board that takes a lot of abuse. It cleans really easy at the end of the shift with some bleach, dawn and elbow grease.

Sometimes its much easier to just invest in a new cutting board top. This replacement cutting board is bright white and fits like an original one.
