10.5 kW of Cooking Power

No matter what you're making, this oven will get the job done with 10.5 kW of cooking power and a 1/4 hp forced-air blower system that promotes even heating throughout the oven cavity.

Intuitive Controls

Simple dial controls make the oven easy for employees of all experience levels to operate, while still allowing you to customize every aspect of the cooking process to fit your specific needs. It has a 60-minute timer, a temperature control, and a dual-speed fan control with cooldown.

Durable Construction

A stainless steel front, top, sides, and trim give this oven the durability you need in a commercial setting. The legs are powder-coated to provide protection against scratches and scrapes, and adjustable bullet feet come standard.

5 Oven Racks

5 chrome-plated oven racks are included. Additionally, the rack guides are removable for easy cleaning and provide 11 different positions so you can easily change the configuration. There is 1 5/8" between each rack.

Porcelain-Lined Oven Interior

The oven cavity is made from heavy gauge steel with a porcelain coating. Coved corners make it easy to clean by eliminating hard to reach areas while also allowing for optimum airflow.

Independent Doors

The independent doors on this oven allow for simple operation, unlike synchronized doors which can have more moving parts and greater potential for failure. Double pane, thermal glass windows allow you to see inside the cavity, while insulation within the door and stainless steel seals help lock heat inside the cabinet for more efficient operation.

I absolutely love my oven I have not had a chance to use it because I am in the process of moving. The doors open very easily and will bake so much more than a conventional oven. I will post pictures when I get it hooked up.

I love this oven, it works really great and the price is very reasonable. There is only one thing to say, it cooks more from one side, but that is acceptable.

We are very disappointed with this oven. After less than a month it is already giving problem. The door latches wasn't closing properly and two of the setting aren't working. Midway while baking our cakes the oven randomly shut off multiple occasions. Webstaurant did connected us to the manufacture and a technician did come out earlier this week, but the oven is still randomly shutting off. This product seems like a manufacture defects and should of been replaced not repaired.

We appreciate your review, Shawn! We are sorry you are having issues with this convection oven, a Customer Solutions Representative is currently assisting you with your concern.

We've used this oven in our bakery for a while. It works steadily and we've had no issues with it. However it does have hot spots so you have to get used to that so you can bake your items accordingly. We noticed things baked on the top got very dark while the things on the bottom baked quite a bit lighter. Once you figure out where in the oven you should put your items you'll be okay.

Have had this oven over a year now. For the price, it is worth it, but it constantly fluctuates in temperature so you really have to keep an eye on what your baking. It does have hot spots as well.

I'm so glad we chose this oven for our bakery. It bakes quickly, and never lets us down! The one downside is that it seems to bake more quickly on the right than the left.

I give it a one because I can't give it ZERO stars. Terrible product and service. I received it new in box later than told. When it arrived It was not working properly and when I called to get warranty service was told it would be extra as it was emergency repairs and other work orders were promised before me. they said they could come out later tonight but it would be extra charges and not covered by the warranty. I was told to have a nice day when I expressed my concern about the hardship it would cause my restaurant. I wish I hadn't bought this product.

We needed a lighter duty convection oven to use in our nightclub and this Bakers Pride unit fit the bill perfectly. Delivery was very smooth and surprisingly quick. Installation of the unit was easy, but be aware that this unit does not include a power cable. This worked for our application as we intended to hardwire the equipment anyhow. The unit heats evenly and relatively quickly though it took a few days for the "new oven smell" to burn off.

This oven is a tempting price, but it definitely comes with some caveats. I wish the spacing inside was a little better measured for standard-sized baking trays. It does take a while to get to temperature, and the built-in timer has quickly become nonfunctional (it gets stuck).

So happy with this oven choice. I did miss that it has to be hard wired to the wall but it was worth it. Bakes evenly more than enough rack space.

Very good oven for the price. We use ours 6-8 hours a day and have had it for 6 months with no issues. Only complaint is interior light is dim so we have to open the door to check on food.

So happy we decided to go with this oven. It's very heavy so be prepared with the necessary gear to be able to transport this upon delivery. It doesn't come with a power cord so just plan on buying that for it. Instructions kind of suck but I called their customer service during install and it literally took 3 minutes to get my question answered. What was my question you ask? "How do you install the power cable." Answer = There is a screw at the top of the control panel on the front right of the oven. Unscrew that screw and you can pull that whole panel out to get to the connections for the power cord. Oven shipped fast. it is plenty big on the inside and comes with mounting parts to stack another oven unit on top of it when needed.
