Although, this is a cone basket liner, we use them at our bakery for items such as our scones, cinnamon rolls or Danish. We make jumbo cinnamon rolls and they are often just out of the oven. We bought these for the wire cones that we serve our appetizers in. It is a bag, like you'd find at any bakery type place. But when you put it in the cone, it fits pretty well. We were using flat paper that we just curved around the edges, but grease would drip through because the bottom wasn't sealed. This bag solved that problem.
