Although, this is a cone basket liner, we use them at our bakery for items such as our scones, cinnamon rolls or Danish. We make jumbo cinnamon rolls and they are often just out of the oven. Many of our customers grab one with their coffee as they make their commute to work. The double open bag allows them to hold the pastry without getting sticky and eliminates the need for us to wrap the pastry.
