Been using these for years in my bakery, I like to buy this size and cut to fit needs, but cut if in half works well with most of our smaller sheets and for lining 2lb bread loaf pans. Full size on our larger sheets. The hold up well and do not effect cooking. When doing cookies we can do several batches with one sheet, it does not burn, crisp up. Some moister batches, and breads are one time use, but on the other side roasting nuts/seeds they can be used 20+ runs and still be in good condition.

I do really like this parchment paper. I have purchased every kind from here, both white and brown, with every type of coating. I'd say these may be reusable one time, but I've never reused it. They just hold up pretty well. If the price is the same as the other type, buy it. If it's more expensive, go with the regular non-reusable parchment paper.

I don't usually feel inclined to write reviews but DO NOT BUY THESE. These are by far and away the worst baking sheets I've ever used. They are not grease proof or grease resistant AT ALL. Ruined a full days worth of cookies and granola using these sheets. This paper just sucks any bit of moisture and oil out of the product. SO frustrating because I bought a big box of these and don't have any use for them as they are literal garbage. Don't waste your money on these.
