For a product to be grease-proof, a plastic bag is ideal. However glassine bags like the one referenced provide a high level of grease resistance while maintaining the paper bag look.

For the price we pay for these bags they are very poorly made. Bags get soggy and tear through the bottom within an hour of bagging the sandwiches. Currently have several cases I can not use
