It offers the convenience of pump dispensing for your condiments or cheese sauce with the ability to remove the adapter plate and insets if you occasionally need the unit for a different application. Since it comes with (2) 7 qt. size condiment pumps and insets, you can dispense measured portions of condiments, dressings, or dips with a minimum of mess. If you remove the steam table adapter plate, you can set one full size food pan (or several smaller pans) inside and change your menu from condiments and sauces to hot entrees, snacks, and side dishes.

This food warmer includes an easy-to-operate dial control and boasts a 1500W heating element to heat foods up and keep them fresh and warm.
