Featuring 2 separate units, this extremely versatile package helps maximize space efficiency and overall production with its stacked design. The stacked design creates 5 distinct cooking chambers, creating the ability to bake, grill, roast, poach, braise, and finish in a single cooking solution.

The combi oven of this stacked unit comes with an easy-to-read 7" programmable touchscreen control that features customizable home screen options, recipe categorization and filtering, and lockout capabilities. Thanks to its spacious interior and 4 included wire shelves, this unit holds 7 full size sheet pans, 16 full size hotel pans or GN 1/1 pans, or 14 half size sheet pans filled with meats and vegetables. With the Absolute Humidity Control feature, you can select any humidity level from 0-100%, maximizing food quality, texture, and yield. This unit provides a variety of ways to easily keep it clean with 4 fully automated cleaning cycles and a front-accessible and retractable rinse hose. The zero clearance system maximizes your kitchen space while protecting sensitive temperature components and controls, meaning other equipment in your kitchen can be right up against this combi oven. It also features boilerless steam generation. With its compact size, this unit is perfect for sitting on countertops for easy access.

The multi-cook oven of this stacked unit features deluxe control, giving you the capability and efficiency of two traditional ovens in one unit. This particular oven features four independent cooking chambers that can all operate at different temperatures, fan speeds, and different times, providing unmatched flexibility. Though each individual chamber holds up to one full size sheet pan, the bottom two chambers can also be combined to accommodate taller products and cookware. In total, this unit can hold 8 full size pans and 4 full size sheet pans. A stainless steel wire rack and two jet plates are included with each chamber. Innovative Structured Air Technology ensures consistent, high-quality results. It does this by focusing high-velocity heat on the product, promoting even cooking, full-bodied flavor, and short cooking times. The door is double-paned to help retain the heat for optimal performance. For maximum back-of-house efficiency, the multi oven features a large, easy-to-read deluxe touchscreen, allowing you greater control, precision, and programmability so you can manage the cooking of all your signature dishes. Just pre-set a recipe, save it to the system, and with the touch of a button, you can consistently braise short ribs, bake a pan of potatoes, or melt the cheese in quesadillas.

Both parts of this stacked unit are compatible with ChefLinc technology to give operators and restaurant owners a cohesive and efficient way to control oven programming and maintenance. With ChefLinc, you can easily group ovens together based on any criteria to control preheat settings, brightness, volume, and other essential settings. Meanwhile, you can record and store cooking data to help you make well-informed decisions for your kitchen. This user-friendly technology helps you boost your profits and save your time by keeping you informed about real-time oven use and maintenance in your facilities. A natural gas connection and a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
