With pasta cookware, you no longer need to pour your pasta into a strainer in your sink. Our commercial pasta cookers come with fitted strainers that take the hassle out of cooking pasta. When your pasta is ready, simply lift up on the strainer basket to remove the pasta from the hot water. These strainers serve dual purposes as colanders to lift the pasta out of the boiling water and as insets that prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Made in a variety of sizes, these pasta cookers range in capacities up to 80 quarts so you can prepare any order from small to large. Our cookers come with one pasta basket up to four baskets which allow you to cook several varieties of pasta at the same time. With a commercial pasta cooker, it is easy for any member of your kitchen staff to boil, cook, and drain pasta to perfection.
