This griddle boasts a single 30,000 BTU burner in the center of the plate so that your chef can cook beef, chicken, or shrimp directly over high heat while using the lower temperatures of the corners and sides of the plate to prepare vegetables or warm rice and other product until ready to serve.
A great way to engage guests with eye-catching hibachi-style cooking, this griddle's stainless steel front and sides combine with a 3/4" thick steel plate to provide you with a unit that is sure to stand tough against the daily use of knives, spatulas, and other prep tools. Cleanup is a breeze thanks to a 3" wide grease trough that drains into a large capacity grease collector, as well as a 1" inward slope backsplash and side splashes that help contain grease without obstructing your guests' view! A liquid propane gas connection is required for operation.
