Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

Quickly cook your most popular breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees with the Wells 5G-HDTG3630GNAT natural gas heavy duty 36" countertop griddle! This griddle features 90,000 BTUs of power to ensure your food is cooked to perfection, and its stainless steel housing provides outstanding and long-lasting durability. A 3/4" thick steel surface plate provides even heat distribution overtop the burners, and each burner comes with an adjustable air shutter to control air flow for maximum combustion. Thermostatic controls provide infinite heat adjustment for each burner, and the removable stainless steel drip drawer lets you easily clean up after use. For easy access to the internal components, the front panel is easily removable, and the whole unit sits on 4" steel legs for stability.
