The Watts WD-35 70 lb. grease trap prevents greasy substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and wastewater treatment facilities where they cannot be processed properly and could harm the environment. Grease traps like this one are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations. Additionally your local health code may require one for your application.

Intercepts and Separates Grease
A flow restrictor on the inlet side of the interceptor slows incoming effluent and redirects it through baffling inside the grease trap. As the flow is gradually slowed, substances lighter than the water accumulate inside the trap above the static water line. It is PDI (Plumbing & Drainage Institute) Certified and maintains 90% separation efficiency, up to its rated grease retention capacity.
70 lb. Capacity, 35 GPM
This grease trap can hold up to 70 lb. of grease at a time, and can accept a flow rate of up to 35 GPM.
3" Inlet and Outlet
A 3" inlet and outlet size makes it easy to connect this grease trap to your facility's plumbing lines.
Durable Construction
This grease trap features a body made from 11-gauge cold rolled steel with an oven-cured, acid-resistant baked gray epoxy coating. Other standard features include a solid steel cover with gasket, a removable baffle assembly, a deep seal trap with cleanout, no hub connections, and an external cast iron flow control fitting (flow restrictor).
