Waring WSB65 Big Stik 18" Variable Speed Immersion Blender - 1 HP

this was our go to immersion blender for the past several years. a unit usually lasted 3+ years. we just had one die 1 month from the one year warranty and i was told it wouldn't be replaced because it was used to blend soups and is not capable of soups--only sauces and condiments--blending soups with this guy voids the warranty.

this is really big and high speed , i make mayonise with it in my house but now i took it to my store to make different thing with it, because its big for home use

I use this blender to mix up large batches of organic peanut butter. The oil separated and lays on top and the rest is solid. The only way to get a smooth consistency is to use this blender. Plus, waring is great to work with if I ever would have a problem with their product

I love this immersion blender so much! We use one in our restaurant kitchen, but I also got one for home use. Excellent quality product. Well made and very handy and efficient. Highly recommend.

We purchased2 of this after burning out smaller one witch we use daily. This immersion blender easily handles purées making a smooth product with no lumps. Storage and cleaning are easy because the shaft is removable. This is an immersion blender that we use every daily in our restaurant.

After using the WSB40 for a year and burning thru 2 of them we decided to upgrade to the WSB50. VERY happy with our purchase, we love the versatility of the removable/exchangable shaft and the increased power of the motor. Plus after shopping around Webstaurant had the most solid price ESPECIALLY if ordering multiple items (save on shipping)

We used this immersion blender exclusively for large batches of scrambles eggs. Prior to purchasing this, we were using a cuisinart home immersion blender for 7 years (only broke because it was dropped) After less than 2 years this commercial immersion blender motor has died on us. Do not recommend! Also as a note, this thing is impossible to clean. There is a rubber gasket on the blade shaft that crusts over with product and cannot be cleaned without ruining the gasket. Waring has been making cheap awful products lately. It used to be one of my go-to brands.

Horrible Blender!!! Poor Quality.....it stopped working after 2 weeks!!! It won't turn on anymore!!!! Total disappointment!!!

I really wanted to like this immersion blender, but it's just too much power. We are a growing restaurant/kitchen making all of our dressings, aioli's, soups and custards from scratch. When our last "commercial" immersion blender began to slowly fail, I researched, trying to find the best for our needs, and ordered this unit. Although most of my staff are 6' and over, they all admit that this unit is just too big for our applications. When attempting to use it for large batch custards, it required 2 people to have hands on to not create a huge mess. I need to find something capable of meeting our growing needs, but not this large.

Had one that lasted years and like others that have reviewed this mine broke within a couple of months. Reached out about warranty replacement and never heard back. Would not buy. Save up and buy a Robot Coup brand immersion blender.

This is really a good emulsion blender. All you need to do is make sure you take care of it and do not abuse it. If you clean it regularly and properly and do not let stuff get into the motor area it should be just fine. Although thicker sauces or thicker products will make it harder to run so you might need to watch out for overheating.

Waring Big Stick Blender 12" variable speed is my best kitchen tool ever. It's a work horse my first purchase was in 2018 and i didn't need a replacement shaft till 2021, my advice replace the shaft when it starts getting stift to prevent the motor from burning out and it will last you years.

Had it for a bit over a year and stopped working. Of course after warranty expired. Personally, I would not order this brand again. Should have bought the other brand…which our last one lasted well over 20 years

This immersion blender is fantastic. Lightweight and easy to use. Whips up things nice and smooth. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an immersion blender.

Being a professional caterer, I've used immersion blenders dozens of times a day. From soups to eggs, i.mersion blenders must be able to handle a lot of food in a fast time. While this immersion blender is powerful, it didn't have the capacity to handle a pot of food for 300 people. I would need something much much bigger. But for the price, it handles itself for smaller tasks, and I love it.

This immersion blender is top quality! I’ve only had cheap ones in the past, so this is a major upgrade. Easily blends up soups or whatever you put it in. Great product

best machine hands down in our kitchen. big stick takes care of everything from pizza sauces to mixes, clean up a breeze. definitely order one for yourselves!
