Insulating Design
Made of durable stainless steel, this pizza oven is perfectly designed to bake traditional Italian pies. The stainless steel exterior is fully insulated to provide consistent interior temperatures and maintain cool exterior temperatures, while an aluminized steel interior with light lets you and view what's cooking without opening the door and letting hot air out. Despite its compact structure, the ceramic decks hold two pizzas up to 18" in diameter. Additionally, these decks are preferable to normal pizza pans because they help keep moisture out of the crust so your dough will become perfectly crispy as it bakes.
Wide-Ranging Temperatures
Temperatures for this pizza oven range from 150 to 840 degrees Fahrenheit. This double oven features independent heating elements, allowing you to pick your perfect pizza settings.
Built-In Timer
Two manual thirty minute timers will alert you with a single chime when your pizzas are done. This feature does not automatically turn the oven off, so you can always choose the ideal cooking time as well as the temperature.
