This lid is ideal for use with Vollrath Super Pans (sold separately) in your cafeteria line, dining hall, catering business, or any other foodservice establishment, this pan is built to last through heavy commercial use. Made of highly durable 22-guage, 300 series stainless steel, this product resists scratches and dents and will stand up to rigorous use in a high volume kitchen.
