Very good knifes we have been using them almost everyday since I got them a few months ago, and they stay sharp for quite a long time. I use them on various meats and the occasional fruit and veggies and haven’t let me down yet. Of course they do need a good sharpen every now and then but what knife doesn’t, for the price they are a excellent product.
