My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

Outfit your kitchen with this dependable U.S. Range U48-G48LL NAT natural gas 48" range with manual griddle top and two space-saver ovens! With a combination of excellent power and accessible features, you'll find this convenient unit easily fits into any commercial kitchen.
For exceptional versatility, this model features a 48" manual griddle top that can cook meat, vegetables, and other product! It has a durable 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with a 23" surface depth. The manual, hi/lo, griddle controls are great for the operator who enjoys cooking by feel. This unit features one 18,000 BTU cast iron "H" style burner with an independent control knob for each 12" of griddle width (72,000 total BTU).
To provide further flexibility when warming or baking, this unit comes with two independently controlled space-saver ovens. The ovens each generate 32,000 BTU, and they employ easy-to-modulate, snap-action oven thermostats with temperature ranges from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Fully porcelainized interiors help to deliver best-in-class cooking evenness and quick recovery time.
Plus, it has a 5" front-plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range. It also comes equipped with a stainless steel backguard, removable shelf, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs so you have everything you need to set up your cooking line. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
