My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Garland / US Range U36-4G12S LP Details
Outfit your kitchen with this U.S. Range U36-4G12S liquid propane 4 burner 36" range with 12" manual griddle and cabinet base! This powerful range comes packed with features that enhance its convenience and usability - a necessity for your commercial kitchen.
Each of the 4 open top, two-piece, cast iron burners is set in an ergonomic, split grate. The two-piece burner design makes cleaning up spills easier, and the split grates are easier to lift off than heavy, bulky, one-piece grates.
For greater versatility, this model also features a 12" manual griddle on the right side of the range! It has a durable 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with a 23" surface depth. The manual, hi/lo, griddle controls are great for the operator who enjoys cooking by feel.
So you can be sure to have the tools and pans you need close by, this unit comes with a cabinet base. This base is instead of an oven and lets your employees store items that they use frequently in a location that is safe, sanitary, and out of the way but still within arms' reach.
Designed to make kitchen tasks easier, this range features a large, 27" deep work surface that is designed for more capacity. Plus, it has a 5" front plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and also prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range. In addition, it comes equipped with a stainless steel backguard, removable shelf, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs so you have everything you need to set up your cooking line. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
