Garland / US Range C18-35F NAT Details
Serve up crispy appetizers or fresh cut french fries with this U. S. Range C836-1-35F 35 lb. range match gas floor fryer! This model has a 35 lb. oil capacity and uses a corrosion-resistant stainless steel tank for durability and longevity. Twin fry baskets are also included so that you have everything you need to start cooking as soon as the fryer arrives. Also, this fryer is designed to match up with your Cuisine series range and cooking equipment to provide a cohesive look along your entire cooking line.
Designed for heavy commercial use, this fryer is made with durable stainless steel front and side components that are easy to clean and resist corrosion. It has an adjustable front rail and a front gas manifold. Adjustable 6" chrome-plated legs to ensure the unit stays level on uneven floors, and the legs also provide enough clearance so your staff can thoroughly clean underneath the fryer. A natural gas connection is required for operation.
