I have both the Tuxton and Acopa versions of this bowl. I prefer the Acopa version even though it is less expensive. The Acopa is slightly lighter and is a crisper white. We store the Tuxton and use just Acopa now. We use them to serve Calamari, pasta dishes, and large salads.
