Bought this instead of the other brand because of the price, and big mistake.. You get what you pay for. This item arrived 98% completed. That means the item arrived and tested working fine.. However, The manufacturer sent out the product with final nuts & bolts not tightened. Some parts, nuts & bolts, are missing. Rear side bumpers fell off and they would NOT bolt back up. I own other work top refrigerators and a sandwich prep table made by True and Bev Air. Turbo's overall quality does not stand anywhere close to them. Turbo air uses plastic parts where other brands use metal. No drilled holes for the overshelf (TSOS-4R) that I bought additionally. It has been 1 month since the webstaurant rep contacted the manufacturer, but they have NOT yet responded.
